I crossed something off my I really, really, really want list! It was a bit of a boxing week project, and a successful one too :) I’ve been trying to figure out for awhile what to do with this corner of my bedroom, and wanted some sort of vanity table. I took a trip to Ikea and picked up the Malm dressing table. (don’t mind the backlit photos…I’m still working on figuring out the camera settings.)

The mirror is from Bouclair (similar), and the lights which you can’t really see are these cute table lamps from Ikea.

I love this quote from Audrey Hepburn – “I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls“. I’ve made this available as a free printable.  The perfume tray is from the dollar store, and the mannequin I picked up at HomeSense. The picture frame and the vase are from Mudo Concept in Turkey. And finally, the brush, comb and hand mirror set were my grandma’s.

Now, want to see how good it gets? BAM!

I am in love with this! All the sorters inside the drawer are from the dollar store. It’s such a great way to keep everything organized. Now I just need to get a chair to complete the area and I’ll have a cozy spot to get ready every day :)
